notify?

I'm looking for a TCL script which stores a note when someone joins IRC
(like notify in mIRC)

and btw .. is it possible?

Wcc, this is exactly what I was looking for!
I just had to change the command "WATCH +nick" to "ISON nick" because I'm using hybrid 6.0
