As you can tell, you have again been proven a liar because you claimed that he wasn't a client for more than 2 months, you did not even acknowledge he was a client of shelltopia, also he paid for 2 months while he had no shell, that is incredibly dishonest. As you can tell with the email below, my husband also cancelled his subscription, which you claimed was terminated. We never received any notice of your claims, in fact his account was fine until shelltopia disappeared. I have a firm belief that Shelltopia is redesigning itself as Pitbull, strictly for the reason of starting fresh because of all the others you have scammed. You are a liar, your company is unprofessional and you should be shut down. I have proved once again and over again that you are a liar, if you would like, you can play on my husband's poor English or you could actually be professional about it and admit that a wrong was done. You don't even have to admit you are a liar (which we all determined that you are, be a man, be a professional.
Thank you for your time and I would like to advise all current and future customers of Pitbull/Shelltopia that this is a dishonest organization, based on horrible ethics, pennies don't manner, but it's the principal. I would also like to make clear, that my husband was not involved in any DOS attacks or bad channels, that is your pathetic way to weasle yourself out of yet another refund, I have seen articles and forum postings about your company and you always blame the customer and openly accuse and attack the customer without evidence, that means you are lying and you know you are lying and you know you're stealing, that's all I have to say.
