The one you make yourself. It will suit your needs perfectly. (saying what scripts you've tried and what you didn't like about them might help if you're looking for a premade one)
Have you ever read "The Manual"?

Although you might want to make your own but it will take time to develop and good and complex one with alot of features, so hence why create something which has already been made in a better way, just improve it like I do.

I currently use "stigmata's" Quote Script which is on egghelp.org.

I think it is currently the best one around with alot of features and stuff.
I have modified it accordingly to my needs and have improved it and added new functions such as searching the quote numbers matching a string and etc myself, since it was released in 2002 and alot of things have changed since then. It is a good and easy script I recommend you to use it.

Hi, I would like to recommend you another quote tcl other den what awyeah's have stated. It could be downloaded in egghelp.org tcl archive and this tcl works perfectly well for me and moreover, it's a pretty simple quote script by Baerchen...

Here it is,

Yes this is a good script too. The only best part being here each channels can have seperate quote files and databases, one which stigmata's quote script lacks. Apart from that they are almost the same, stigmata's has a bit more features like totalquotes, searchquote, who added/deleted the quote and etc.

Yep, but i didn't really use stigmata's tcl before... as i always stick to Baerchen's as it's really easy to configure the tcl and there's quite a number of help files inside the .zip too... :D
