Very basic question here but I'm fairly new to this. I dl a trivia tcl for my eggdrop but I needed tcl8.3.4. So I dl the tcl, but I'm not sure what to do with the tcl now to make my bot use it. Anyone help me?

compile and install it. then recompile the bot with it
