Porting a mIRC Script to TCL script

Has anyone on this forum done this before. Does anyone have any suggestions for me or tutorials to read before I start porting this script to TCL?
Or does someone want to help me maybe?? I am porting over an awesome UnoBot script that can only be found in mIRC script. There is an unobot that is in tcl, but the AI sucks. The mIRC script unobot is much better.
