Hi !
The ircd v2.11 on ircnet is coming closer so I want to start discussion/proporsal about adding CIDR understanding in eggdrop functions like +ban, +excempt, +invite and - in users' hostnames infos.

anyone?:)

ps. for those who are new into CIDR - example of CIDR subnetmask:
192.168.0.0/16 .
