We updated from 1.6.16 to 1.6.17.
Now, when we do:
.chattr <handle> +o
Flags +lo are assigned to the handle.
After checking the userfile, all users who had "global +o", now have +lo.
Users who had "channel level +o" are not affected.
.chattr <handle> -l has no effect.
Halfop doesn't exist on Undernet.
Can +l be removed or is it a bug?
