How do I add some color to output sentances of a game script I got? is it that hard to do?

You can directly add the codes from mIRC's color source into your tcl script (those square boxes). Tcl 8.2 or higher reads them correctly, so any control code can be added like that, and you dont need to add \002, \003 and so on.
