Problem with BadWord 1.3 => Bot bans everyone!

I tryed everithing to solve this problem! I deleted line source/bad...., deleted tcl from script folder, restarted bot few times, but he's still banning people on my channel! What should i do?

did you remove the ban from the internal banlist ?
