help me
my eggdrop running but why i .op it say
I can't help you now because I'm not a chan op or halfop on #Public, or halfops cannot set +o modes.
and
it is op in my chan but it say that
#test is active but has no ops
why?

most likely due desynch - a situation when different servers (and consequently, users on different servers) see different channel modes/ops/bans/users on the same channel - temporary issue which usually goes away when servers split and reconnect (resync)

my server used For get op
/cs op #room nick /cs deop #room nick /cs voice #room nick..
I allready try fix but it no work .My bot said that " #Public is active but has no ops

"
in my DCC
what can i do that...
