Need a Script or Config to join with my Bot on 2 different Servers.

It is (and probably it will never be) available in eggdrop. Yoi can try Energymech.

Eggdrop runs fine connected to 2 servers on my machine... all you need is a second .conf file and the capability to run 2 background prozesses
