IF a USER that it does not have in nick his words bot/b0t/serv/sevr removes BAN in the channel him it makes 2 bans from 30 seconds 1)ban - reason:Dont Unban A Bot/serv Ban: banmask 2)ban - reason:Don't Mess With The Bot's or Serv's. IT CAN BECOME TCL?

Why not use a newchanban/newban -sticky ban with +dynamicbans activated add them into your channel? so those bans will not be removed by anyone, similar to as of ChanServ akicks.
