Channel is set +greet, user's info line has text in it, but bot stays silent when user enters the channel!
Why is it so?
Will probably just use a greet tcl from the archive but does anyone know what could be wrong?

because that user has rejoined before expiration of the preset waiting period, during which the infoline is not displayed
