unreal ircd flood chan mode problem

I set the +f option for my channel on unreal ircd. but bots are removing bans which sets server. for example someone is flooding and irc.blabla.net kicks and bans him. after that bots are removing the. they don't allow server to set a ban. +nodesynch is set in the conf files. how can i solve this problem?

setting -nodesynch would be a good place to start.

nah. that comment is misleading. you want -nodesynch

ok I found what's wrong. I must set this off:

set bounce-bans 0
for bans to allow the server set them.

set bounce-modes 0
for modes to allow the server set them.

the difference between the nodesynch and this is the chanserv is a bot but the server is not a bot.
