Help with bot deoping/unknown user/hostmask

The person is in the userlist .. an i can whois the person while they are there an even when they are gone an the bot will tell me who they are... an it knows them.. but when she reconnects to the room.... the bot deops her on entrance from chanserv .... an i whois her an the bot says she is unknown.. when 2 seconds before the bot knew who she was... Down below are all the times i have deleted readded her through telnet an in the room... i have added different host mask to her.. but when she comes in the bot says it doesnt know her.. so she cant msg ident pass to the bot with it saying she is unknown ... but yet she is in userlist an in telnet via whois.... can anyone help me with this ??? I have included my logs of telnet an the bots msg to me via the room

well i was being funny there sorry if you didnt catch it that way the person is a chatter an just happens to use a nick like that . i wouldnt dare set her up with bot powers in a chat room she is simply a channel op...i thought that it was her nick that misleading everyone to think i was attemtping to set my bots host mask up but i wasnt i was setting a op in a channel an my bot barkeeperbot was deoping her on entrance... thanks all for the patience you have shown:)
