any one has any idea whether there is any script does something like " it has a password in its code and if some one pvt him and type !op password " then it should op the person .
or is there any script that allowes to add ip's/vhosts to the bot so that when ever any one joins with certain vhost or ip it should op them .

This is not a difficult script. You have a go at making it and if you get stuck ask for help we are not here to create complete scripts for you.
