hi, im very new to eggdrop, i havnt yet to install it, ive read most of the instructions. I know baisic code in mirc and i have a linux host. Before i bother setting it up, i want to know if i can add my cusom scripts to the bot? i noticed TLC in the help, do i have to convert my scripts to TLC and would this require learning a new scripting language again?
Yes Eggdrop scripts are written in TCL. As for your custom scripts if they are written in mIRC they wont work on an eggdrop bot you will need to convert it to tcl.

that said, there is over a thousand custom scripts in the tcl archive on this site, so chances are you'll find a script adding the extra functionality that you want.

lol what is TLC? also what is pug? This forum is dedicated to helping people that want to learn TCL. We are not here however to create complete scripts for you. Besides this question should of been in the TCL section of the forum not the eggdrop section just for your future reference
