PROBLEM LINKING BOTS

Hi
i have a nasty problem, i'm tryng to link few bots and i can't achive to share userfile.
I've followed the help and i achive to have bots tryng to link whit the hub but i have this on ALL slave :
(XXXX is the hub)

*** Linked to XXXX
[18:12] Downloading user file from XXXX
[18:12] Lost userfile transfer from XXXX; aborting.
*** XXXX

and on hub:
[18:20] Challenging YYYY..
[18:20] Linked to YYYY.
*** Linked to YYYY
[18:20] Creating resync buffer for YYYY
[18:20] Sending user file send request to YYYY
[18:20] Disconnected from: YYYY. No reason (lost 1 bot and 0 users)
*** Disconnected from: YYYY. No reason (lost 1 bot and 0 users)

also make sure you've loaded the share and transfer modules
