Bot Spams message over and over again..

How do i get rid of this?
or at least stop it..
the bot that's "attempting" to connect is offline, and i even removed the bot from the userfiles, I still get that message.

kill the bot thats connecting. it may not be on irc, but its still running.

That's the thing.. it IS gone.
But it still does that.
