Bot Keeps cycling for ops in a non op channel

Hey i'm trying to figure out how to make my bot stop cycling in a game channel were ops are not allowed, the bot realizes there are no ops so it says on the partyline

#channel is active but has no ops :(

and then it cycles to get them even though it cant any suggestions?
