I have a eggdrop hosted from a company, but jus tryin a few things with it, but wen i do something wrong it gets dissconected from the server and I have to keep askin them to put it back on. So how through ftp can i connect it myself to the irc server.

you need to learn how to use UNIX shell, not ftp

Use either PuTTY or SecureCRT as a Telnet client.
