BotNet Linking Problem

When I try linking 2 eggdrops together I get that the link failed. Is there a problem with 2 eggdrops set to different irc protocals (EG one DALnet, and one EFnet)?

were they compiled with different HANDLEN values?

Nope. They were compiled from the same eggdrop1.6.9 folder. And installed into 2 different directories.

Make sure they don't have 2 same ports set in the conf file and check the IPs (addresses).
