no need to shout man. your best bet is to email them and ask. i'm sure some will take western union (maybe for a premium though)

You can also pay by check or mail order. It's more easy if the shell provider is in the same country as you (or same currency).

Anyways, GloboTech Communications does accept WU (http://www.gtcomm.net)
