I have global flags +hjlmnoptx, and chanset -autoop, i tried to set .chattr skaff -o but my egg is still autooping me, flag +o wasn't removed. I dont want it, bot is only one member of channel who get op from chanserv. how make it? i want that egg gives me op only when I tell him by dcc or pub. commands

Global flags of +hjlmnoptx are OK although I'd add +f also.
Make sure you do not have a channel flag of +a.
