Hello,

I have been searching for an eggdrop 1.6.x script (I am using 1.6.10) which can do the following (only that, not more I don't want a 30k one).
People who have +v in the Chan can
!topic newtopic
!kick Username
!ban Username
!unban Username
It has to work without compat.tcl being loaded - I found some older scripts (like irco-voicecontrol 1.0 but that was done for eggdrop 1.3 and doesn't work with 1.6)
