I don't know if !place is a stats.mod command, it either is a bug in stats.mod (if you're sure it's a command of stats) or a tcl script which you've loaded.

hmm i think tehre is a problem with lang file, because he display the stats correct but there where must be a word place is STATSM01 og so ok i will find this problem ;]

that means you haven't configured stats.mod language; you need to do that using [loadslang] and [setchanslang] in stats.conf
or maybe you already did that but you lack the actual language files
