is there any little small ircd for NT i could use? - just for local playing with my eggies...
i tried wircd, but hab dns-troubles with it and the other soft i found "joinme" doesnt work with eggdrop - i tried any netype...

Not quite the tiny IRCd you wanted perhaps, but Unreal IRCd is available in a Win32 version, I used it for some testing myself on a Win2k Server box.
