Script to check if a person is registered via nickserv

Script to check if a person is registered via nickserv

I would like to know if someone could write a script that could check if a person is registered with nickserv on Freenode so they could do public commands like !op and stuff. I already have a script called fzcommands.3.1.tcl in usage. If someone could slightly modify it or something or give me a few pointers I'd appreciate it. I don't have hardly any knowledge of TCL so please bear that in mind.
