In the "channels" module of the config there should be:
# Set here how long temporary bans will last (in minutes). If you
# set this setting to 0, the bot will never remove them.
set ban-time <length of tiem you want set>
OR
from the party line type ".bans all" to find the ban you are looking at and type .stick ban #
that way the bot will never remove it
