I have a similar problem also. WHen you type .op <username> it says username is currently being auto-deopped. Also, it dictates the modes on the channel on it's own. If I op bob, and then 3 mins later bob changes his name to bob[away] the bot will deop him. What are the modes I need to change?
That Bob user is in his "blacklist" for deoping him. Seems like you have a +revenge for that channel. Do a ".-user Bob" on partyline or remove the "d" flag with .chattr Bob -d
