sets mode: +smil 1 [solved]

Post by Sheldon »

when my bot joins a channel, and then gets OPs

first thing it does is sets mode: +smil 1

its doing my head in???
in the conf file it looks like this

chanmode "+nt-likm"

so why does it ignore that and stop anyone joining..?

config is only read on channel creation and overwritten by settings in the .chan file.

you wouldnt beleive this but i was just gonna post a question asking where i put all these dot commands (.chanset)

i thought the partyline was a normall DCC chat...

imagine my delight when i got the bot to start the chat and was greeting with the real partyline :D

cheers for you help, sorted now :)
