how can i ban user identd? eg. i wanna ban this *!*lamer*@*

You pretty much answered your own question. You can set ban *!lamer@* on the party line OR in mIRC itself.

what i wan't to do is.. if someone say hello in the channel how can i put a kick on him and ban him as *!*ident*@*

As I stated before, IN the channel the person is in (and you have to be oped to do this) type /ban IDENT@* The bots will then kick that person and if there are no bots just kick him yourself.

Any particular reason you would kick/ban for saying hello???

What accually i wanna to do is.. i wanna make a tcl scripts that kick users with bad identd when he/she is joining my channel and i wanna put a newban on my bot as *!ident*@

What are your definitions as a 'bad' ident? Are these idents that you would manualy add to a list? If not how would the bot determine what a 'bad' ident is?

If you want to auto. ban a ident when he joins the channel just tupe .+b *!ident@* in the bot and a perm. ban will be set.
