Simply set 'flood-*" off to that channel like '.chanset #channel flood-chan 0:0' (from dcc chat/telnet with the eggdrop).
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.

In your .conf file, there should be a flood-chan #:#.

Just edit the #:# to 0:0

The settings in the eggdrop.conf file are global settings, so after changing them and rehashing the channel setting will not change. You have to .-chan and .+chan again to let it take the default settings. Anyways, I don't see why you can't DCC/telnet the bot.
