I'd guess it's a bot that somehow tracks/queries scores?! :D
If thats true, the major questions are: what kind of scores and which database type? :)
Google gives me the hint it is Quake related.

obviously, but it's just a way to make him know he should provide detailed info when requesting a script and people wont guess what's requested.
