This is a silly newbie question:

I have seen scripts using variables or procedures with single colons. What are single colons good for?

Double colons are for namespaces... but single ones?

Procedures can basically be named anyway you like using underscores, single or dbl colons etc.
Add [SOLVED] to the thread title if your issue has been.
