When I add a user as OWNER for a chanel only when he trys to write .+user The bot says WHAT? Yuo Need Help. How he can add users for his chanel only.What flags I have to give hif?

dcc m|- +user 0 *dcc:+user
That's the binding for +user, as you can see, he has to have global 'm' flag, but as channel 'n' he can use .adduser (bind: dcc m|m adduser 0 *dcc:adduser) - he either needs global or channel 'm'.
