Announce: EarthCal.tcl - Holiday Calendar Script

Inspired by the holiday.tcl script by KuNgFo0 (kungfo0@eggfaq.com) but code is my own (rosc)

This script shows holidays from earthcalendar.com.
You can show events based on country, religion, or date.
You can optionally have the script set channel topics for events for
the default country or religion you select in the configs.

- Minor code consolidation/tweaks.
- More output/display tweakage.
- Added a test for when earthcalendar.net returns a "no data available" error.

Oct 07 2006 - Added caching for religion and country results, to speed up the parsing and output.

I've made a major change to this script, you can now specify multiple religions and/or countries for setting the channel topics!
