I'm not sure what you are asking about exactly but maybe:

regsub -all "#" $line "" line

ok ...
I get data fron socket ... so its very long about 1000 lines ...
how can i get 250th line ... or any other?

Read in all the data. Use split with n to turn it into a list. Use lindex to get whatever line number you want.
