i don't understand why my two bots, which are linked together and have the proper flags, refuse to op each other and don't even pay attention to +f flag...they are kicking each other for flood even though they are both +f. They are not opping even though they are both +ao....

are their correct hostmasks (as the show up on the server) added?

Sounds to me the usermasks for the bots are wrong. Just add the correct hosts to each of the corresponding bots and it should work fine.
