I was thinking of upgrading my 32-bit computer to 64-bit.. so my question is do eggdrops work on 64-bit?
Thanks.

Just do as Sir_Fz suggested.
You try it and then
you tell us how it went. Simple really!

Far as I know windrop should work on 64-bit..
From Cygwin FAQ...
The Cygwin DLL currently works with all recent, commercially released x86 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows, with the exception of Windows CE.

I'm wondering why you thought there'd be a problem in the first place?

Because I was doing research on it, I googled it and ran in to a few forums where people complained their eggdrop didn't load and they was told it was because they aren't supported on 64-bit computers since eggdrop is for 32-bit computers, so I felt if I upgraded to 64 it wasn't going to work for me.
I would seriously switch back to 32bit if it didn't work because I can't give up eggdrop, I've learned alot so far and im kinda having fun with it
But you knew it would work didn't you? lol

Those that had problems must have had some configuration issues or hadn't installed the proper drivers their OS required.
Anyway, glad it worked.

That would be a
Windrop issue and nothing to do with eggdrop.
