hi guys, can anyone help for this tcl script " mc.ban_flooders2.1.3.tcl " which found at - http://www.egghelp.org/tclhtml/3478-4-0-0-101.htm

Can i have a .notice send to all chatter once the bot locked the room with +mi , message ?
