Netbots AGAIN!

Ok, i have setup netbots a few times. The problem i get is that nothing is sent across the partyline. .netjoin .netpart etc. nothing works. I read he DOCS. what am i doin wrong??

actually, nothing is working. netjoin or part. on either the hub or leafs. I am the owner.

In any case, I've added a "tip" and "step 7" below step 6 in the setup procedure to promote self-help for this common problem (almost always the result of not setting up netbot flags completely).
