Oper kicking.

I am running a eggdrop locally to sit on my irc server. I have added a friend as a server oper. When he voices himself he gets kicked - Like this:

--- Rewandythal gives voice to Rewandythal
<-- GoreBOT has kicked Rewandythal from #gore (Abusing desync)

When opping :

--- Rewandythal gives channel operator status to Rewandythal
<-- GoreBOT has kicked Rewandythal from #gore (Abusing desync)

I have added him to the bot user DB aswell. Yet it still kicks him. How can i stop this?

Is this a config issue??

It's +nodesynch. Of course, if you'd just read the .help you would have known that.
