those are called virtual hosts, or vhosts for short, and are usually provided by the company you pay for your shell. Put 'vhosts' into google and do a little reading

I have a linux server
How do I setup vhost on it?
Is DNS important for vhost?
Will IRC server kick me out for having a vhost that cannot be dns?
