How do I check which rooms my bot is set in?(to join auto)

How do I check which rooms my bot is set in?(to join auto)
Well like the title says, I want to know what channels my bot is set to auto join in, I think console channels would be correct? Like my bots are set for a few channels and I can't remember them all, so I would like to use a command to see which ones
