The thing about using someone else's eggdrop in your channel is that ultimately, they, not you, have control of the room. Shell accounts can be had for very small amounts, some as cheaply as $3.00 a month, and configuring/controlling your own eggdrop can be done in little time with not too much effort. Think about it before trusting your channel to someone you barely know
Ohh It's not my chan, it's theirs! lol, the room is for providing protection bots to people whom can't buy them etc & I help place them soone and add users, they don't get full access to the channels.
It's quite good actually!
If anything they have trusted me
And I'm gonna get my own ones :p I'm just waiting for my bank pin number to be resent to me :D
But this gives me a chance to learn more about them before I get my own, I suppose =]
*update*
I think I figured out the +X +n thing, flagnotes..

sentinel.tcl, which is distributed with every eggdrop, is a good place to start. If you are looking for a bit more advanced and configurable script, I would go with allprotection.tcl by Opposing. It is a badass script, and well maintained.
