bots banning bots on botnet

Post by TokenBad »

I have setup a botnet and have them in a channel to protect ops. I have set the bots to -revenge -bitch and +protectops. I have also set revenge-mode to 0 and set all the bots to .chattr botnick -d but I still have some bots that are still deopping other bots and 1 bot keeps getting banned even... Am I missing a setting?

I would do this same command on all bots or could I do it from hub? and it move to the linked bots?

That would all depend on if you are sharing userfiles or not. As a general rule of thumb, it would be wise to have all bots added to one another with at the very least global flags +fo. If you have a large botnet, you might want to consider loading slennox's botnet management script, netbots.tcl. It makes botnet management a snap
