i have a rad of fortune mrcscript, how can i make a tcl of it?

you would have a better chance of getting help if you explained what you would like a tcl script to do, rather than ask to have a mirc script converted into tcl :?

Converting mIRC scripts to Eggdrop Tcl doesn't make sense. I'll try to explain why: mIRC script was created for the GUI irc client mIRC, and has stuff that doesn't even exist in the command line world of eggdrop.

You can, however, make a brand new script that does pretty much (how much depends on what the original script did) the same thing.
Have you ever read "The Manual"?
