SSL Windrop/eggdrop

how do i get ssl on windrop? i got the rar but its a eggdrop-1.6.18-ssl.patch how do i put that onto windrop on a windows server?

You'd need to install Cygwin and compile your own Windrop with the patch. I am unaware of any other method.
