im looking for a script that will do the following
i would like to find something that i can program triggers for and when someone types the trigger in the channel it will diaplay a URL. i would also like to be able to let only sertain people in the channel change the URLs for each triggers.
i know its out there i have been what im looking forit action im just not sure what its called.
